IDLE TIME

Idle time generally means the time the vehicle is not in direct passenger service.

ONE-WAY

One-way passenger trips are counted as each time a passenger trips person boards the vehicle so that a round trip would be counted as two passenger trips.

PEAK PERIOD

The period during which the maximum amount of travel occurs. It may be specified as the morning (AM) or afternoon or evening (PM) peak

PHT (PASSENGER HOURS TRAVELED)

The aggregate number of hours traveled by each passenger for each trip on a transportation mode such as transit.
