The Institutional Pass or I-Pass is a revenue neutral negotiated pass program that offers all members of a group a pass for a set period of time. The program offers a stamp affixed to the institutions ID card with valid travel dates. This pass is currenly a pilot program with selected Los Angeles Community Colleges
