FINAL ACCEPTANCE

Final acceptance of the work under a contract occurs when the work is fully, completely, and finally accomplished in full, absolute, and strict compliance with the contract documents.

The engineering and architectural services performed by the Final Designer whose primary task is to provide coordinated drawings and specification bid documents for the purpose of obtaining construction and procurement contracts.

FINE PARTICULATES

Particulate matter less than 2.5 microns in size (PM-2.5). A Micron is one millonth of a meter.

Protocol which allows finding information about the users on a host network. Some networks do not allow fingering from an external system, and some do not allow fingering at all.
