INBOUND
A direction of travel from an outlying area toward the central business district (CBD). (As used by MTA Operations, the direction is toward the Los Angeles CBD.)
INBOUND TRACK
The track or tracks upon which a train normally approaches a station. Note that for a multi-tracked rapid transit system, a station can have two inbound and two outbound tracks.
