1. The time at which operator must report if they are to work an assignment. 2. The time at the beginning of a run that operators use to prepare themselves for duty and their vehicles for service before leaving the yard or garage. This time, usually 5 or 10 minutes, may be paid or unpaid. It is also frequently known as preparation time, pull-out time, or (only if paid) report time allowance. Also see Pull-Out Time. 3.
